Product Designer @Americas Test Kitchen. Based in Detroit & Boston

Design has always been a constant in my life.

I earned my BFA in Communication Design from Massachusetts College of Art & Design, where I fell in love with visual storytelling, branding, and the art of typography. My time at MassArt taught me how to blend research, creativity, and problem-solving to design experiences that are both beautiful and functional. Before that, I honed my design and lettering skills as a Store Graphic Artist at Whole Foods Market.

I don’t like to be defined by just my career; I also consider myself an amateur furniture restorer, a former fishmonger, a current cat whisperer, and a budding urban gardener.

I’m passionate about

  • The design details – From grid systems to perfecting components, I’m always excited to get into the craft knowing that every pixel adds up to a polished user experience.

  • Designing for accessibility – I’m passionate about creating inclusive designs that are usable by everyone, ensuring that accessibility is always a key consideration in my work.

  • Open, honest thinking – I believe the best ideas come from real conversations, and I’m always ready to speak up and challenge ideas to make things better.

  • Working as a team – Collaboration is key for me. I do my best work when I'm bouncing ideas and solving problems with other designers, developers, and product managers.

  • Designing with development in mind – I make sure my designs are not just pretty but also practical, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure everything is buildable.
